Privacy

Privacy, in plain language

The short version: the tools calculate on your device, there is no account, and nothing you type into a tool is transmitted to us.

What we do not collect

  • No account, so no name, email address or password is stored about you.
  • No upload. Files you select in a media tool are processed in the browser tab and never sent anywhere.
  • No profile is built from the values you enter into a calculator.

What stays on your device

Some tools remember things between visits — for example the notepad and the robot game store their state in your browser's localStorage. That data never leaves your device, it is not visible to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it permanently. Private/incognito windows discard it as soon as you close the window.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static files by a content delivery network. Like almost every web host, the network records standard technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) in order to serve the request and defend against abuse. Those logs are controlled by the hosting provider, not by the tools.

Third parties

The tool pages deliberately avoid third-party scripts and external fonts, so opening a tool does not hand your visit to an advertising or analytics network. Where a page links out to a source (for example a standards document), that link goes to the destination you clicked and is marked as an external link.

Health and fitness tools

The body-composition, calorie and weight tools produce estimates from published formulas for information only. They are not medical advice. Measurements you enter stay in the browser tab and are used only to produce the numbers you see on screen.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you believe a tool is doing something this page does not describe, tell us — that is treated as a bug.
